Living here

The Bryan/College Station area offers a lot in terms of small town culture, especially in the historic part of Downtown Bryan. There are events and venues like:

  • First Friday, a free cultural event held on the first Friday of each month.  It is a fantastic opportunity to come out and enjoy a variety of arts & culture related activities and demonstrations.
  • Salsa Nights which are offered at The Village Cafe on Wednesdays and Saturdays.
  • The Grand Stafford, a local theater which hosts bands, movies, and other types of events open to the public.

There are also locally owned coffee shops, restaurants, and boutiques all about Downtown Bryan, each worth at least one visit.

The great thing about living in Bryan/College Station is that it is also relatively close to neighboring cities like Austin, Houston, and Dallas, which all offer their own experience.
